Best Practices to Prevent Client Complaints
Presented by Lisa E. Hamilton – Partner, BELL TEMPLE LLP
During this webinar, Lisa Hamilton will present some observations gleaned through her years of practice in litigation and in defending health care providers when complaints have been made to the regulatory body. She will discuss some of the causes and contexts of college complaints and explain the ways to prevent such complaints. She will also offer advice about best initial responses to complaints and when to seek legal advice.

- Understand the categories of complaints;
- Recognize when to contact a lawyer;
- Understand how to manage your practice to reduce the likelihood of complaints;
- Recognize what not to do when a complaint is made.
