Dr. Natasha S. Williams is a Registered Psychologist with the College of Psychologists of Ontario and the former Chair of the Board of Directors at Women’s Health in Women’s Hands, a community health centre for black women and women of colour in Toronto, Ontario. Dr. Williams is a member of the Ontario Psychological Association (OPA) and Canadian Psychological Association (CPA). She is also the President of the Association of Black Psychologists (ABPSI). She was the OPA’s diversity delegate representative at the APA State Leadership Conference in Washington, D.C. in 2011 and is the past Chair of the OPA Diversity Task Force, a collective whose aim is to raise awareness of the importance of diversity and to promote ongoing efforts to influence social change in the field of psychology practice in Ontario. She is also a past board member of the Ontario Psychological Association. Moreover, Dr. Williams is a faculty member with the Adler Graduate Professional School and current is adjunct faculty in the PsyD. program. Dr. Williams is also a guest facilitator/trainer with CAMH, specializing in topics such as culturally adapting cognitive behavioural therapy for Black Populations. Dr. Williams operates a general private practice (N.S. Williams Psychology Professional Corporation and Allied Psychological Services) providing assessment, individual and group psychotherapy, corporate consultation, research, supervision and training services to clients from diverse ethno-racial, gender and socio-economic backgrounds. She has worked with clients in diverse settings including community health centres, general hospitals, social service agencies, halfway houses and community colleges. Dr. Williams completed C-CAT certification with CAPDA/CSME
