Dory Becker

Ph.D., C.Psych., C-CAT (MB)

Dr. Dory Becker is a registered psychologist with the College of Psychologists of Ontario, specializing in Clinical and Rehabilitation Psychology. She obtained her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Windsor in 2005 and has worked in the personal injury field since 2006. Dr. Becker currently maintains practice in the treatment and assessment of individuals with various mental health difficulties. Dr. Becker is actively involved in both the supervision and mentoring of other psychologists and allied health professionals. She has spent time as a psychologist in Australia, where she worked with adults with addictive behaviours. Dr. Becker is currently a member of numerous organizations including the Ontario Psychological Association (OPA), the Medico-Legal Society of Toronto (MLST), and the Canadian Academy of Psychologists in Disability Assessment (CAPDA). At present, she sits on the Board of both the MLST and CAPDA. She is certified in Medical Legal Expertise (CMLE) and Catastrophic Impairment Evaluation (C-CAT) through the Canadian Society of Medical Evaluators/Canadian Academy of Psychologists in Disability Assessment. Her expert testimony has been accepted by FSCO arbitrators and License Appeal Tribunal adjudicators.
