My clinical practice focuses upon working with individuals who are experiencing difficulties with psychological health, thinking abilities or day to day functioning arising from a variety of causes including brain injury, dementia, physical injury, depression, anxiety and psychological trauma that are disrupting their ability to engage in their usual activities and relationships. Clinical services provided are psychological and neuropsychological assessment, treatment and consultation. I also provide behavoiur management consultation aimed at developing behavoiur support plans for individuals experiencing behavioural difficulties secondary to brain injury or dementia. I am currently in solo private practice, but have experience working in inpatient and outpatient neurorehabilitation, general medical units, complex continuing care, long-term care, inpatient and outpatient psychiatry. I have worked with acquired brain injury, stroke, geriatric, general medical and psychiatric patient populations, usually within the context of a multi-disciplinary team composed of professionals from allied health, nursing and a variety of medical specialties including neuropsychiatry and physiatry.
