Eliyas Jeffay

Ph.D., C.Psych.

Dr. Eliyas Jeffay is a member of the College of Psychologists of Ontario registered as a Clinical Neuropsychologist (License Number 7069), Ontario Psychological Association, Canadian Traumatic Brain Injury Research Consortium, and International Neuropsychology Society. He earned his Honours B.Sc., M.A., and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Toronto. He completed his Post-Doctoral Fellowship at the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute and Baycrest Centre for Geriatric Care. He has held positions at the Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, Baycrest Centre for Geriatric Care, University Health Network, and the Centre for Addictions and Mental Health. He is a Clinical Neuropsychologist in the Brain Discovery and Recovery Program at Toronto Rehabilitation Institute and the Canadian Concussion Centre where he performs clinical assessments, provides cognitive intervention, and conducts research related to the assessment and treatment of individuals after an acquired brain injury. He has also collaborated on research studies from a number of Canadian institutions including the University of Toronto, University of British Columbia, and York University. He is a member of the INCOG 2.0 Guidelines for Cognitive Rehabilitation Following Traumatic Brain Injury expert panel and lead author of the Executive Functions guidelines from that series.
