Joanna is a registered Psychologist with a practice in Clinical Neuropsychology. She works in Private Practice in Peterborough and provides assessment and treatment services across the lifespan. Joanna is a member of the Canadian Psychological Association, the Ontario Psychological Association, the International Neuropsychological Society, the National Academy of Neuropsychology, the International Brain Injury Society and the International Pediatric Brain Injury Society. She is a member of CAPDA and has served on the Board, and as President, in the past. She has certification for Catastrophic Assessment (C-CAT (MB)) from the Canadian Society of Medical Examiners (CSME) and CAPDA. Joanna works with individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury, Learning Disorders, Psychiatric Disorders (including First Episode Psychosis), Dementia, Seizure Disorders, and exposure to toxins. She obtained her Ph.D. from the University of Windsor. Joanna received the Jane Gillett Award from the International Pediatric Brain Injury Society in 2024 for outstanding contribution and dedication to serving children and youth, as well as their families, living with the effects of brain injury.
